1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Padel Culture Magazine c/o CENE MEDIA LTD registered in England and Wales under company number 10525126, with its registered office at 1 Belvedere Road, Faversham, Kent ME13 7FY.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. How to Enter & Entry Options
Entry to the competition is via padelculturemagazine.uk.
Entry Option 1: Subscribe to Padel Culture Magazine’s Annual Subscription.
Enter Option 2: Enter for FREE by post, stating your name, address,email and contact number, and ‘WILSON COMP 1’ to 1 Belvedere Road, Faversham, Kent, ME13 7FY.
Only one entry will be accepted per person unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The competition will run from [01/09/25] to [30/11/25]. After this date no further entries will be accepted.
4. The Prize
The winner will receive Wilson Pala de pádel Bela V3 & Wilson Tour Red Padel Bag.
The prize is as stated, is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received using a randomised selection method.
Winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
6. Delivery of the Prize
Prizes will be delivered to the winner within 14 days of prize acceptance, to a UK address provided by the winner.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason or for lost/stolen/damaged prizes once dispatched.

Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
